Rules and informations

- To attend workshops you need to subscribe to the association. To became a member you only need to fill and send by email the registration form on the web-site www.senatango.it
- Leader/follower’s technique workshops are not attended as couples
- You can only attend workshops that you have registered for
- Photos and/or videos can be authorized only by teachers
- You may choose workshops according to your tango’s skill. To self-evaluate your level please see the paragraph above
- Festival organization, thanks to its supporters, will provide a tango partner for every workshop subscribed by single dancers, even if the partner won’t be always the same
- Our team will do the best to help you in finding a partner. Research will have the only requirement of tango level, which is self-evaluate by people, and can’t be verified by organization
- The max number of dancers for each workshop is 30 persons (15 couples).
- Reservations are based on the date of your registration
- To subscribe you need to fill registration form and send it by email at senatango@yahoo.com (if you’re not able to do this, please contact by phone the organization)
- Registration is considered valid when, within 5 days from our confirmation by email, you pay a part payment, information for payment will be given from the organization
- If you can’t attend the festival, you will be refunded 100% of your paid quota if you communicate it by July 15th; 50% if  between July 15th and 30th; 30% if before August 10th. No refund after this date.
- No refund will be given for workshops and/or milongas you paid for and didn’t attend for reasons who are not depending on the organization
- program could change with evidence given on the site, please check it frequently
- No reservation necessary for Milonga Nights, but if you want to reserve a table you have to
- There is a limited number of reservable tables, who must have to sit at least 10 persons. Reservation will expire at 11.00 pm of the corresponding day
